Markets were on the fence towards the downside all day just waiting for Obama's news announcement which came at 3pm. They basically bounced back to where they were at their opening bell positions. Very difficult day for trading the low volatility swings, nonetheless was able to make the best of it. Closed the Day UP $1,193 or +11.93%.
