What a pleasant surprise I had this morning when I logged onto my account to see that I was +$5,500 on a position that I had placed the night before. Unbelievably that happens sometimes and when it does it's just awesome. With that big gain under my hat I took the rest of the day in stride and focused on just reaching my 1K goal of the day. There were some good moves in the markets but nothing crazy. Overall it was smooth sailing with the usual small rally here and there throughout. Mentally I need to tuck that 65% profit away under my hat and completely forget about it since tomorrow is a brand new trading day with whole other set of battles that need to be fought again--and most importantly--won all over again.
